Belly Danxercise

Basic movements in this exercise is adapted from Middle-Eastern traditional dance, Belly Dancing, that’s modified into a holistic workout, which means by taking this class, you will get an intensive body toning, and also a cardiovascular training in the same time..!
It’s concentrating on your lower, upper, and side abs, also on your arms, waist line, hips, buttocks, and thighs.

It’s a low impact exercise, so it will be perfect for all age.

Attire:
