Adapted from Middle-Eastern traditional dance, Belly Dancing, modified into a holistic workout. You will get an intensive body toning, and a cardiovascular training in the same time!

Tone your lower, upper, and side abs, also your arms, waist line, hips, buttocks, and thighs.

Attire: Tank top, Dance Pants / Legging, No shoes required, Hip scarf.

Lenggang Danxercise

One of my favorite danxercise. A combination of modified traditional Indonesian dance, this danxercise will give you a total workout. In addition, you will dance along famous Indonesian nostalgic songs. ❤️

J-Setting Danxercise

Seen in many of Beyonce's dance routine. Displaying series of high-energy dance moves, full of sexiness and confidence.

Attire: Sport Apparel, Dance Sneakers, or Regular Sport Shoes will be needed, and sometimes, High Heels!

BZ Danxercise

Adapted from Kizomba dance (originated in Angola), this Danxercise will improve the flexibility dan shape of your waist dan hips, while moving in tune with the sensual music of Kizomba.
